Electronic Engineering again provided radios for the July 5th Saturday in the Park, one of the premier festivals in the upper Midwest, held in Sioux City, Iowa. The music festival hosted 16 musical artists, including Teddy Swims, Mavis Staples, and Kelley Hunt and the 5. In its 34th year, the festival attracts over 25,000 people.

June 27-29, EE sponsored and supplied radio communications for the Des Moines Art Festival that hosted 195 of the nation’s top artists. This outdoor festival is a 15-time winner of the Grand Pinnacle Award and draws 200,000 visitors each year.

July 20-26, EE again provided radios for various city officials and vendors during the Registers’ Annual Great Bike Ride Across Iowa, known as RAGBRAI. In its 52nd year, this 7-day annual ride is the oldest, largest, and longest multi-day recreational bicycle touring event in the world, with over 474,000 riders that have ridden in the event since its launch in 1973.
